Belly Dancing
Our Belly Dancing class offers traditional belly dance class plus chi gong inspired moving meditations, or “Bellygong”. Experience a meditative mind, a great work out and the joyous community experience of tribal-style belly dance all in one class. This class is Basics level, suitable for new and returning students. Focus on: proper body mechanics, strengthening, basic isolations and Level 1 steps. Come prepared to move and be moved!

A ‘kettlebell’ or girya is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle. Kettlebell workouts increase strength, endurance, agility and balance, challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular system with dynamic, total-body movements. Registered Kettlebell Instructor, Marvin King, helps you to develop “all-purpose strength” and build “functional muscle” needed to  perform every day tasks (lifting kids, opening jars, etc.) Kettlebell training boosts your body’s resilience, endurance, and increases both strength and flexibility

Total Body Conditioning
Join our new Soul Camp and challenge your body, mind and soul to discover your potential while burning tons of calories. Catey Miller will introduce student to a boot camp training class that explores all styles of movement to unleash their inner strength and see physical results. Explore the power of a challenging, sports training approach to fitness, and realize that there is an inner athlete in all of us. Students will learn speed agility drills, interval cardio training, challenging balance exercises, squats, lunges, push-ups, plank walking, challenging ab/core exercises, teamwork and more. Enjoy physical results along with emotional and spiritual ones.

Yoga Chisel
This class will combine the toning and strengthening of a Pilates mat class with the stretching and relaxation of Yoga. We will work with Pilates props, such as the ring and sculpting balls to enhance the effectiveness of Pilates mat work while we develop flexibility poise and tranquil mind through yoga asanas. This is a great way to get the best of both worlds in a single class. Suitable for all levels.

Yoga Chisel Pro
Take the yoga chisel challenge! Suitable for yogis and pilates lovers alike who want a new approach to core strengthening. This practice using Claudia’s core strengthening methods will remind you of your true source of strength. This class also includes a deep relaxation period and a positive meditation. Kick start your fitness and make a committment to your best health ever!
