Registration and Schedule
Blue Heron Wellness uses the MindBody Online system for all workshop, Acupuncture Happy Hour, and class registration. You can register for and view our entire current schedule of workshops here.
Advanced registration is encouraged for all workshops. Late registration may result in additional feesIn the event that BHW needs to cancel a workshop, a full refund or account credit will be offered.
Refunds, minus a 20% administrative fee, are given for workshops when BHW receives at least 48 hours notice. No refunds for workshops are given within 48 hours of the event.

Friday Night Restoratives
with Carrie Ganz

7:00pm to 9:00pm
Release the week’s stresses and start your weekend feeling refreshed and well-rested! Relax, renew and restore with cool and calming restorative yoga. We start with some slow, gentle movements and then settle into the use of blankets, bolsters, straps, and other props to safely support the body in various postures allowing the body to move towards a state of release and balance. All levels welcome; no yoga experience necessary.
Earth Element Workshop

The Earth Element corresponds with this season and gives us the power to support each other in times of need, be thoughtful about how we care for ourselves and others, and be centered , grounded, and balanced in life Join us as we explore the gifts of Late Summer and the Earth Element, with breakfast, music, poetry and more. Please wear something comfy and bring your teddy bear! FREE workshop. Donations for a local food bank requested.
T'ai Chi: Simplified Yang Style 24 Movements

T'ai Chi involves flowing through a series of movements coordinated with deep breathing and mental focus. It began as a martial art and is practiced now primarily for health. T'ai Chi works on many levels to promote health and fitness: The muscular/skeletal system is exercised improving posture, balance, range of motion and coordination. It works on all your organ systems, develops core strength as well as increasing and moving energy (chi/qi). Each class will provide the experience you need to practice on your own using the basic principles of T’ai Chi and Qigong. Cost: $25.
Partner Massage: for Pregnancy Support

Healthy living is essential to getting pregnant. Fertility is a natural by-product of lives that are in balance. Learn how acupuncture, herbal medicine, good nutrition, regular exercise and sound sleep help lay the foundation for pregnancy and can also re-establish balance when things have gone awry. This workshop will educate attendees on these modalities and how they can enhance fertility for men as well as women. Acupuncturist, Sue Berman and Herbalist, Ashley Litecky will present this seminar. Minimum of 4 participants are required for workshop. Fee: $30
